Fried buns stuffed with a delicious filling of cabbage, noodles, and other vegetables. They are all wrapped in some homemade dough before being fried until golden brown and crispy and then steamed for a nice crispy exterior but chewy inside. These are inspired by my favorite cakes from the food stalls and night markets in Taipei. I would pack dozens of them in my bag and freeze them when I got home, and they would still look so good! They can of course be frozen and reheated too when you’re craving some cake!
